Start with the essentials

Your everyday tasks, made simple.

01 / CREATE A BILL

Set up. Create. Share.

Save your business profile, add a customer and products, then create an invoice. Preview it before saving, sharing or printing the PDF.

02 / PROTECT YOUR RECORDS

Keep a separate backup.

Open Backup, choose the financial year and create a password-encrypted backup. Save or share a copy to a trusted location outside your device.

03 / RESTORE PRO

Restore your Pro access.

Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Connect to the internet, open More → Simple Business Pro and choose Restore purchases.

Free, Yearly Pro & Lifetime Pro

Choose how you use
Simple Business.

The Free version includes ads and requires an internet connection. Yearly Pro is a one-year auto-renewable subscription for ad-free use, online and offline. Lifetime Pro is a separate one-time purchase with the same ad-free online and offline access. Apple provides your localized price before purchase. You can manage or cancel Yearly Pro in Apple Account subscription settings.

Changing your iPhone or iPad?

An eligible active Yearly Pro subscription or Lifetime Pro purchase can be restored with the same Apple Account. Restoring Pro access does not restore invoices or other business records—use your separate encrypted backup for those.

Why does the Free version ask for internet?

Free use is supported by advertising and requires connectivity. Check Wi-Fi or mobile data, then retry. Once an active Yearly Pro subscription or a valid Lifetime Pro purchase is recognised on the device, you can use its business features online and offline.

I paid, but Pro is not showing. What should I do?

Check that Media & Purchases on your device uses the Apple Account that purchased Pro. Connect to the internet and use Restore purchases. Pending, expired, refunded or revoked purchases do not provide an active entitlement. If the issue continues, email support with the error shown and your app version—never your Apple password or verification code.

Which backup files can I restore?

Simple Business for iOS uses password-encrypted .sbbackup files. Create and restore backups through More → Backup. Restoring Pro access does not restore your business records; keep a separate backup of those records.

Can you recover my lost records or backup password?

We do not hold a server copy of your business records or your backup password. Keep a separate backup and store its password safely. A lost or damaged device, or deleting the app without a separate backup, can mean permanent loss of local records.

How do I change advertising privacy choices?

When privacy choices are required for your region, open More → Settings → Privacy options. Your device and regional consent choices affect the ads that can be requested. Contact support if you cannot find a required privacy control.

Where can I ask about an Apple refund?

Apple manages App Store charges and refunds. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem page. Do not email us payment-card details.
