Cash Gino: Cash Counter · iPhone & iPad
Your count.
Your control.
Privacy policy for counting, saving and sharing cash with Cash Gino.
Effective and last updated: 16 October 2026
Cash counts stay on your device. Cash Gino does not require an app account or send your denominations, quantities, totals or saved-count names to the developer or to advertisers.
The free app uses Google AdMob. Apple processes Pro subscriptions. You decide when and where to share a count.
1. Who provides the app
Cash Gino: Cash Counter is provided by Akshay Meena. This policy explains information handled by the app, its advertising and purchase services, this website, and support. Contact: amcorpconnect@gmail.com.
2. Counts and preferences
Your currency selections, note and coin quantities, saved counts, count names, dates, language and appearance preferences are stored locally. Counting works offline. We do not operate a server that stores these records, and the app does not include a separate developer analytics service.
Device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings. We cannot retrieve a lost count for you. Preserve important records by exporting them to a destination you control.
3. Sharing and deleting records
Copy, Save text and Share image let you export the breakdown you choose. Copy places it on the system clipboard. Saving or sharing passes that content to Files or the app, service or recipient you select; their privacy practices apply. Exported text and images are not password-encrypted by Cash Gino.
Reset clears the current count; it does not delete saved counts. You can delete saved counts in the app. Deleting the app removes its local app data, while device backups and copies exported elsewhere may remain. Manage those copies with the relevant provider or recipient.
4. Advertising and choices
The free version uses Google AdMob interstitial and app-open advertising. Advertising requires a network connection; counting remains available offline. Google's advertising and consent software may process IP addresses and approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and crash or performance information for advertising, measurement, security and service operation.
Cash Gino uses Google's User Messaging Platform before requesting ads. Where required, regional consent and privacy choices are shown; you can reopen available choices using Settings → Ad privacy choices. The app does not request Apple's tracking permission, and publisher ad personalisation and publisher first-party identifiers are disabled. This does not mean that non-personalised ads collect no information.
Recognised Pro subscribers do not receive app ads or new ad requests. Your cash breakdown is not included in advertising requests. Google may process information outside your country according to its policies and safeguards. Read Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps using its services.
5. Pro subscriptions
Apple processes payments for the annual Cash Gino Pro subscription. The app checks Apple-verified purchase information, including product, subscription, expiration and revocation status, to enable or restore ad-free access. We do not receive your payment-card number, and this check does not send your cash counts to us.
The price displayed in the app comes from your App Store storefront. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple. Manage or cancel them in your Apple subscription settings; deleting Cash Gino does not cancel a subscription. Purchase, restoration and entitlement verification may require internet access.
See Apple's Privacy Policy and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
6. Support and this website
If you email us, we receive the email address, message and attachments you send. We use these to respond, troubleshoot and meet applicable obligations, retaining correspondence only as reasonably needed. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary financial information.
This page has no developer-added analytics, ad scripts, tracking cookies, registration or upload form. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, whose hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as visitor IP addresses. See the GitHub Privacy Statement. Linked websites have their own privacy policies.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information. Email us for requests concerning information you sent to support. Use Apple or Google's privacy controls for information those companies process. We do not hold a central copy of your local counts and cannot erase a recipient's exported copy.
We do not sell your locally stored cash records. We do not request camera, microphone, contacts or precise-location access for counting.
8. Children and policy updates
Cash Gino is a general cash-counting utility and is not directed to children. Contact us if a child has sent personal information to support so we can address it. We may update this policy as the app or its services change; this page's updated date identifies the current version.
